Other Notes:Despite this, students think that requiring participation in sexual assault prevention programs is a much more effective way to avoid sexual assault than stronger enforcement of alcohol restrictions on campus (79% vs. 47%). Meanwhile, adults in the general population consider them to be equally as effective ((78% vs. 76%) (p. 8) and, in 67% of cases where sexual assault occured, alcohol was involved during before the incident (p. 20)
